It's always better as a buyer if you don't have a problem with the product, but the true mark of a company is how they handle the problems that inevitably will occur in the course of running a large business. We would absolutely order from Wayfair in the future.

These Luxury Armed Wall Sconce is so versatile. Easy to clean and reversible is a major advantage. Bought in black. We love our Luxury Armed Wall Sconce. I can see why he has many criticisms. Love it!!

I had a great experience with Wayfair. Fast shipping, reasonable shipping costs if not free shipping. I had to return a defected/damaged item. They sent a replacement. The company didn't want the other piece back since the shipping would not have been worth it.
